Description

A small two-story summer house in Jaunpils, suitable for a group of friends or relatives (up to 8 people). The house has: 3 bedrooms (2 lockable, 1 walk-through). 3 double beds, 2 single beds, as well as a sofa with a sleeping function.

There is a dining room, a mini kitchen with basic equipment, 1 WC and 1 shower, which are shared by the whole house, a large, green area with space for several cars, video surveillance for security. You can use the fireplace and stove for a cozier atmosphere on cooler evenings.

An ideal place for a summer holiday - suitable only for the warm season. The house is rented only to one group at a time. Individual rooms are not rented.
