From hand picked berries and own-grown fruits farm „Kangari” produces dried fruits – apples, peaches, rhubarb, pumpkins, quince, cranberries. Also syrups, jams and chutneys. Special „Kangari” sweet – caramelized orange slices with or without chocolate. Here you can taste and buy everything. Farm „Kangari” also cultivates snails. Amount of snails is about 1,5 tons and they live in 0,2 hectare territory. Snail farm was created in 2012. For anyone interested in snail cultivation, it is open from May till October by arranging excursion before. From October till April snails are sleeping. Farm offers snail tasting. It is also possible to have lunch in the farmstead. Homemade food and an atmospheric feeling of countryside. Offer is suitable for travelers in groups from 5 to 30 people. Group has to choose the same lunch offer – 1 soup + 1 sweet. In addition you can ask for tart and tea. Lunch offer: Soups: Speckled vegetable soup with ovenbaked bread withcheese, Sausage soup by the recipe of „Kangari”, Cold soup with lots of green herbs, Bean soup with dried meat. Sweets: „Buberts” with berry sauce, rhubarb mousse with milk, blueberry dumplings. Price – Eur 4,00 per person/lunch; Eur 1,50 per person/ tart + tea. While parents can rest at the lunch table, children can play in the children’s playground, feed the rabbit and chickens, give a hug to friendly dogs Kolīns and Maksis.
