Memorial stone in dunes dedicated to the Finnish jaegers who died in World War I

Description

Memorial to Finnish Jaegers Killed during World War I is situated in the dunes by the sea. It was open in December 9, 1997. The memorial rock was transported here from the south-eastern part of Finland, where in year 1940 there was antitank hedgehog. The monument bears the following inscription: “Here, the Finnish Jaegers fought during World War I from August till December of year 1916."
