At the airfield “Jurmala Airport”, an aviation museum “SKY ZOO” is set up, where you can currently explore such aircraft as YAK-40, AN-2, SU22M4, PZL TS-11 Iskra, a helicopter MI-24, which are repainted “in animal print”. The exhibition is also constantly replenished with aircraft to join the collection following restoration works. During the tour, you can visit not only this museum, but also explore the airfield infrastructure — see the hangars, caponiers, engineering technical service machinery, etc.
Tours are available during the airfield administration working hours — on weekdays from 9.00 until 17.00. Duration of a tour — about 1–1.5 hours depending on the number of visitors. It is recommended to book a tour at least 5 working days in advance. At least one day before the visit, we ask to send a list of tour participants to the indicated e-mail address. Minimum number of visitors — 10.
Additional services at the airfield: video recording, taking photographs, shooting a film directed by you at the Jurmala Airport territory for advertising purposes, rent of premises for festive events and seminars, as well as restaurant services, tours.
