Description

Lauktehnika is another suburban area pertaining to the town. This area formed in the 70ties of the 20^th century in the territory of the former vicarage or in the so-called Priest’s Fields. The suburb grew as an independent centre to the west of Tukums, boasting with various manufacturing objects, and an administrative centre, multi-apartment residential houses, and a sports centre built near the single homes constructed back during the time of the first Republic of Latvia.
